The Cleveland Cavaliers hit the NBA Draft Lottery jackpot Tuesday night by gaining the 1st and 4th picks in the 2011 NBA Draft in June. Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert spoke with the media via conference call about the Cavs luck at the lottery.
